1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit and issued a confirmation invoice. The balance of the expedition cost must be paid at least 60 days before the departure date.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your booking:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

4. Liability

Mauritania Travel acts as an agent for various service providers. While we choose our partners carefully, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the acts or omissions of these third parties. Expedition participants must have comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritania and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
